The British Library
is a pre-eminent, unparalleled temple of books and academia. One can, having passed through the sacred ritual of obtaining a hallowed Reader Pass, have access to every book ever published. It is a mecca for students, researchers, academics of all stages. It is also a lovely working environment; big desks, free wifi, quiet, with two gorgeous coffee shops and the King’s Library down the middle.
I came to do srs Law work. But the internet was down and I hadn’t downloaded the relevant textbooks to my iPad. But I did not leave.
What did I request, through the bewildering online system, that, I repeat, gives one access to every book ever published?

Or in my case, one remaining ovary, which probably makes me extremely irresponsible even watching this show in the first place.
That shot, though, of Samandriel and Castiel at the end, crouched down by the car, is probably my second favourite from the whole show (first being Cas’ wings in 4x01. Third being whenever Dean is wearing that ammo belt from season 3). A very brave, clearly powerful episode. Hope this ratings-dropping shit stops. We need a solid decade of Supernatural (if Spooks could do it, so can SPN).

Got a new tablet for photo editing, so of course the first thing I do with it is draw Castiel. Still practising the whole ‘art’ thing, pure drawing is pretty out of my comfort zone, but ‘tis a most wonderful excuse to stare at Misha’s face.
