Synopsis: Timothy Carlyle (Penry-Jones) is a senior MI6 officer, unhappily dragging his protégé, Michael Keith (Garfield), to a security summit with the CIA. Amongst the discussion and drinking, he is re-united with old flame Zoe Wright (Gabriel Union), CIA hotshot. Her junior partner Ana Valentine (Deschanel) hits it off with Michael. It soon becomes clear that all’s fair in love and war as each pursue their own aims against a background of international intrigue and personal grudges.
Now to go and attempt something productive.

Synopsis: Estranged twins, Ben (Sam Worthington) and Ryan (Jamie Bamber), are reunited after Ryan’s wife dies in childbirth. Ben is a disgraced, suspended commercial pilot, and Ryan has inherited the family farm. Both are forced to confront their past, and their present, to find the true meanings of life, love and family, and throw the darkness that had driven them apart into the river that splits the farmland.
Sappy, slightly slashy (Paul Rudd plays the wisecracking farm manager that seduces Ben), this has been billed as the thinking woman’s Twilight. At least no-one sparkles. Apart from Jamie Bamber’s eyes. *g*.
